'The 150 Apartments' - East Sydney CBD Located right in the hub of cosmopolitan Sydney, this boutique development was recently designed by world renowned architects Engelen Moore, with a distinctive funky orange facade. True to Engelen Moores style, the interior foyer and corridors are minimalist industrial, yet the interior of each apartment is a fusion of industrial and contemporary glamour with their large ornate mirrors combined with funky Pirelli rubber stud floors. All furnishings within the apartments are contemporary designer pieces.
There are 2 types of apartments available, the Premium Apartments and the Superior Apartments, each have 2 bedrooms. Apartments are located on levels two to nine, of a nine story boutique apartment complex. Views are achieved from levels six and above. Please note floor levels and colour schemes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
PREMIUM 2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS:
Premium Apartments are double story apartments, spread out over 2 levels, with lofty 6 metre high ceilings in the living areas. Premium Apartments are elongated in floor plan and span from the north side of the building to the south, achieving fabulous cross breezes. Wall to wall glass doors open out to your own private terrace, some with an outlook to Sydney City's trendy Inner East. The lower level is the entry level, where you walk through the kitchen into the combined lounge and dining area. These living areas are open plan with 27 or 32" LCD TV and CD/DVD player. All Premium apartments have funky Pirelli rubber stud floors throughout in colour schemes of either glossy black or off white colour, and mosaic penny tiling in the bathrooms.
Living Areas:
Premium Apartments are double story apartments, spread out over 2 levels, with lofty 6 metre high ceilings in the living areas. Kitchens in the Premium Apartments are sleek, stylish and minimalist in design with all facilities integrated into the clean lines of the cupboards. Funky Pirelli stud rubber floors are throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchens are open plan and well laid out for ease of use:

Bedrooms:
Premium Apartments have two spacious bedrooms located on the upper level, at alternate ends of the apartment. The master bedroom has one wall of built in wardrobes, and a king size bed and separate reverse cycle A/C. The en suite is also located within the master bedroom area.
The second bedroom is a mezzanine/loft style bedroom, which overlooks the lounge area, yet still retains privacy due to the solid balustrade wall, and fully open/closeable timber slat blinds to the ceiling. The second bedroom has a king size bed (which can be separated into 2 singles) and extensive built in wardrobe space.
Both bedrooms have wall to wall funky Pirelli stud rubber floors which is not only great looking, but is also cool and very comfortable underfoot and ultra hygienic.
Bathrooms:
Bathrooms in the Premium Apartments are generous in size and contemporary in design. All Premium Apartments have two large bathrooms, one of them being an en suite to the master bedroom.
En Suites have the ultra luxurious 'rain showers' overhead over a bath tub. Built in mirrored cupboard space, toilet and basin.
The main bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower with an indulgent 'rain-shower' overhead, mirrored built in cupboards, toilet and basin.
All bathrooms have beautiful Molton Brown Bath & Body Products. Bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats are all provided.
Laundry:
The internal laundry is located on the lower level, concealed behind clean lined integrated cupboards. Laundries are facilitated with Omega combined washing machine dryers, iron and ironing board.

Superior Apartments are single story, spacious and sleek inside. approximately 120 square metres in total floor size, Superior Apartments are located on the North/East corner of the building. With wall to wall glass windows and doors, they capture fantastic light, breezes & views. Superior living spaces have glossy black Pirelli rubber floors and dark charcoal carpets which reach through to the bedrooms. Lounge areas are huge and open plan in design, with 32" LCD TVs, surround sound home theatre DVD/CD systems and reverse cycle air conditioning. Dining areas are also open plan and oversized. Leading from the dining area is a large terrace spanning one side of the apartment which is accessed through floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass sliding doors.

Superior Apartments are single story, spacious and sleek inside. approximately 120 square metres in total floor size, Superior Apartments are located on the North/East corner of the building. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT THE APARTMENTS, GUESTS ARE MET BY APPOINTMENT & WILL BE CONTACTED BY APARTMENT HOTEL AT TIME OF BOOKING TO ORGANISE CHECK IN TIMES. It is important guests provide a valid email &/or telephone number. CHECK IN: Guests will be met at the apartments, where they will be provided with keys, required to finalise payments, and given a brief rundown of the apartments facilities. CHECK OUT: Guests simply need to leave the keys in the apartment ensuring the door locks behind them when they leave. The ground floor of the building houses a cafe, contemporary Japanese Restaurant, hair salon, beautician, mini mart, internet cafe and a bottle shop. There is a supermarket across the road open 7 days per week. There are no 'resort' facilities on site at the apartments such as pool or gym, however there are many located within a few minutes of the apartments including swimming pools, gyms, saunas, spas and business facility centres

'The 150 Apartments' are located by to the start of Oxford Street, providing access to Sydney's vibrant Gay District and its famous nightlife. Directions
Driving from Airport: Take the freeway into the city. Take the 'Kings Cross' exit, turning LEFT onto William Street. Head towards the CBD along William Street, until you reach Hyde Park. Turn LEFT onto College Street (Hyde Park will then be on your right side) and drive to the third set of traffic lights. Turn left at these lights into Oxford Street, and immediately turn left again into Liverpool Street. The apartment complex is 20 meters on your left, next to a Cafe called 'Il Espresso'. You will see a row of shops including a convenience store, bottle shop, Internet Cafe and a hairdressers. This particular section of Liverpool Street is between Hargarve Street and College Street.
